South Cove also offers a community dock for fishing/crabbing/kayaking not to mention beautiful views of the inlet. There are 2 parking spots underneath the condo as well as a storage room. Refrigerator is 3 years old and HVAC is only-6-7 years old. No short term rentals are allowed in this community.
